The Wisdom of God Revealed
We were reflecting on 1 Corinthians 2:6-12, which speaks about the hidden wisdom of God, a wisdom not from this world but from before time, destined to bring us into His glory. This wisdom, which the rulers of the age did not understand, is now revealed to us by His Spirit. It speaks of things beyond human imagination—mysteries of God that He now makes known to those who love Him.
This aligns with our ongoing discussions about the Kingdom of God—a reality not just for the future, but available now, ruling in the hearts of men. The divine plan, hidden for ages, is being unveiled in Christ. The wisdom of God is accessible, offering insight into life, purpose, and even the world’s problems. The Lamb slain from the foundation of the world has already provided the solution before the problem even arose.
Living in the Reality of the Kingdom
We've been exploring what it means to live in union with Christ—not just as an abstract idea but as a practical reality. If Christ dwells in us and we are in Him, then we are being led in triumph and victory.
Sometimes, it may feel like we’re not doing much, but if we are in fellowship with the Father, what more is there to do?
God’s love is not transactional. It is unconditional, self-giving, and freely given. Yet, we struggle to grasp this because human love is often conditional. We tend to project our limitations onto God, thinking He loves only those we approve of. But His love is for everyone.
Seeing People Through God's Eyes
Reflecting on Psalm 139, we are reminded that each person is fearfully and wonderfully made, formed by God in the womb. He knew each of us before we were born and designed us for a relationship with Him. When we begin to see others through this lens, we realize that everyone belongs to Him. The earth is the Lord’s, and so are all who dwell in it.
Yet, pride sometimes makes us question whether God really loves certain people. When we move past that pride, we see a beautiful world—one where people simply need to wake up to their true identity in Him. Our role is to share the truth that we are discovering:
God is love, and in Him, we find our true selves.
As we continue to learn, grow, and walk this journey together, we encourage each other to love as Christ loves, to see as He sees, and to embrace the fullness of life He offers.
